Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 48 working hours, or do not show up for it, you will still be charged in full for it.
Please give more than 2 working days notice.
So if your appointment falls on a Monday, you will need to cancel Thursday the week before to avoid the cancellation fees. This office is not manned over the weekend, so notice needs to take place during working hours, 9 – 5pm weekdays.
Workshops and Trainings:
50% deposit, unless specified differently on the workshop page.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure of your commitment when paying.
Balance payable 2 days before the workshop begins.
If you cancel or do not show up on the day of the workshop, the full amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the Facilitator cancels, deposits are returned, or transfered to something of your choice.

Online payments for sessions
If you are paying for any session via Paypal, please pay at least 3 to 4 days before your session.
We check 48 hours before, if a promised paypal payment has not come through, the session will be automatically cancelled. So please pay well in advance to secure your booking. Thank you
What are your working hours?
Sessions happen weekdays only, as I hold workshops over the weekends & evenings.
